Elections for the board of directors will normally be held every year, as part of the Annual General Meeting in the spring.
Everyone who is a members of Slonik Events Canada on the record date is entitled to vote in board elections and on other business at the AGM. The record date for determining who can vote will normally be 30 days before the date of the AGM.
